For stock photography:
Generally I'll match most any of the big guys prices: Corbis, Getty, etc. etc. If you ask nicely, I can almost always work a license into your budget.

One thing I don't do is sell RF or Royalty Free images. Seldom will I sell a photo for less than $100 Unless you are licensing many photos.
